The staff was fairly friendly and amiable, offered good services. the double room was adequate and fairly quiet with a comfortable bed. - the breakfast was super with excellent food.

The service offered was very efficient. The room was tidy and there were facilities, including climate control and Wi-Fi. Had variety of options for breakfast, it was satisfactory. Location: the hotel was near an industrial park and the sleeping areas.

Directions to the Hotel were completely wrong.They ended up a mile from the hotel.

The rooms were more comfortable than I expected for a mid budget priced hotel group. I have paid more and not had the facilities ie: tea making, wi fi, etc:

The restaurant was not open long enough after getting lost trying to find hotel we could not get meal and it was too lare to go into town so we could not eat at all after an 8 hour drive. Being a sufferer of sleep aponea and needing to plug in a machine to help me sleep without stopping breathing there were no plug sockets near the bed or even in the room I could not run an extension lead from the bathroom too dangerous. I think the hotel chain needs to consider people with this disability because more people are now suffering from it.

Adequate good value hotel well situated for motorway and 2 supermarkets. Perfect for a budget stopover on our journey to Italy.We subsequently stayed there again on our return journey home.

The breakfast was good, the staff were nice, and the location was convenient, close to the market, shopping center.

The Hotel rooms we were given stank of smoke and the staff made little attempt to help remedy the situation.

The hotel offers a great selection of food that was good. Make sure you stay in the king room with comfortable bed.

Nice, clean. Ground rooms has direct access from parking - you can park car literally 5meters from door. Suprisingly nice restaurant.

The place was reasonably priced and perfect, nothing too much trouble, do recommend. the location was marvelous and handy and close to places we visited. - the service was efficient, including a quick check-in.

it was in need to a major refurbishment ....very shabby .....peeling paint, it looked dated, tired, and very scruffy
